uv run agentchat-programmatic

Development

make lint        # ruff check
make format      # ruff format
make typecheck   # mypy
make typecheck-nb # mypy (notebooks)
make check       # lint + typecheck
make check-all   # check + typecheck-nb

make check-all runs automatically via pre-commit hook.
